Is a seasoned special education professional with over 16 years of experience supporting diverse learners across K\u201312 settings. With 14 years of applied behavior analysis (ABA) practice, he integrates evidence-based strategies to foster meaningful academic, social, and behavioral growth. A former collegiate basketball player and experienced youth sports coach, Derrick draws on his background in athletics to promote discipline, resilience, and teamwork.
