Our 8-Week Virtual Program
This interactive 8-week virtual program helps preteens and teens build social confidence through small-group Zoom sessions focused on real-world social topics.
Format
A breakdown of how each weekly session is structured and delivered.
• Small, supportive groups (maximum 6–8 participants per cohort)
• Live weekly Zoom sessions — 45 minutes each
• Led by trained facilitators with experience in social-emotional learning
• Sessions include role-playing, group discussions, and real-life social scenarios
• Interactive games and exercises to build confidence and connection
• Includes weekly take-home activities to reinforce skills
Who It’s For
Designed for pre-teens and teens who benefit from extra support in navigating social settings.
• Pre-teens (Ages 9–12): Focus on foundational social skills, empathy, and initiating conversations
• Teens (Ages 13–16): Emphasis on peer relationships, boundaries, and social decision-making
• Separate groups by age to ensure relatable content and comfort
• Perfect for neurodivergent learners or students needing extra support in social settings
