We help kids and teens build real-life social confidence, online and in the real world. Our mission is to provide a supportive space where young people can practice communication, emotional awareness, and relationship skills with guidance and encouragement. We believe every child deserves to be heard, understood, and socially equipped to thrive.
The Founder
Derrick Sherman
Is a seasoned special education professional with over 16 years of experience supporting diverse learners across K–12 settings. With 14 years of applied behavior analysis (ABA) practice, he integrates evidence-based strategies to foster meaningful academic, social, and behavioral growth. A former collegiate basketball player and experienced youth sports coach, Derrick draws on his background in athletics to promote discipline, resilience, and teamwork. Committed to excellence in every setting, he is driven by a deep belief in the potential of every individual and a passion for helping others achieve their best.

We know that developing strong communication skills takes time, practice, and patience. That’s why our sessions are built around real-life scenarios, pop culture, current events, and engaging activities that make learning feel relevant and fun. Whether it’s overcoming social anxiety, starting conversations, or managing peer pressure, we help our members grow at their own pace while celebrating who they are.
